In this work, a new tetracene derivative, 5,11‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)tetracene (2T‐Tc) is introduced, exhibiting enhanced physical and chemical stability, and retaining favorable singlet fission kinetics with near unity triplet pair yield in thin films.

A lack of standard approaches for testing and reporting the performance of metal halide perovskites and organic semiconductor radiation detectors has resulted in inconsistent interpretation of performance parameters, impeding progress in the field. This Perspective recommends key metrics and experimental details, which are suggested for reporting in ...

Low-speed wind-tunnel investigation of the aerodynamic and acoustic performance of a translating grid choked flow inlet [PDF]
The aerodynamic and acoustic performance of a translating grid choked-flow inlet was determined in a low-speed wind tunnel at free-stream velocities of 24, 32, and 45 m/sec and incidence angles of 0, 10, 20, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 deg.

Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

A PRESENTATION OF DESARGUES’ THEOREM APPLYING THE DESCRIPTIVE GEOMETRY RULES
This paper presents Desargues’ theorem in two ways: – the solution by incidence and succession; - the solution by the application of the descriptive geometry rules.

Plasmonic Sensor Based on Dielectric Nanoprisms
A periodic array of extruded nanoprisms is proposed to generate surface plasmon resonances for sensing applications. Nanoprisms guide and funnel light towards the metal-dielectric interface where the dielectric acts as the medium under test.

This work presents π–conjugated polymers based on dihydropyrazine (DHP) and ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT), developed to produce highly conductive, flexible films for printed electronics. By optimizing the DHP and EDOT ratio, strong and compact π–π stacking is achieved, resulting in polymer films with conductivities up to 1700 S cm−1 under ambient ...
