Some Applications of Coding Theory in the Projective Plane of Order Four
The main aim of this research is to introduce the relationship between the topic of coding theory and the projective plane of order four. The maximum value of size code M over the finite field of order four and an incidence matrix with the parameters, n (

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

Mathematical Modeling of Multiattack Behavior Discrimination in the WSN Based on Incidence Matrix
The current WSN is vulnerable to a variety of malicious attacks, resulting in the decline of its comprehensive performance. Multihop routing involves a number of safety and privacy issues.

ABSTRACT Objective Considerable efforts have been dedicated to developing effective treatments for post‐stroke executive impairment (PSEI), among which repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has shown great potential. This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of high‐frequency rTMS on working memory (WM) and response ...

A holographic matrix representation of the metamorphic parallel mechanisms [PDF]
Metamorphic mechanisms belong to the class of mechanisms that are able to change their configurations sequentially to meet different requirements. In this paper, a holographic matrix representation for describing the topological structure of metamorphic ...

The gamma-Signless Laplacian Adjacency Matrix of Mixed Graphs
The α-Hermitian adjacency matrix Hα of a mixed graph X has been recently introduced. It is a generalization of the adjacency matrix of unoriented graphs. In this paper, we consider a special case of the complex number α.

RNA Sequencing Resolves Cryptic Pathogenic Variants in Mitochondrial Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Mitochondrial diseases are the most common inherited metabolic disorders, characterized by pronounced clinical and genetic heterogeneity that complicates molecular diagnosis. Although DNA‐based sequencing approaches have become standard in genetic testing, up to half of patients remain without a definitive diagnosis.

The matrix solution of the 4×4 problem by the Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin method for a planar inhomogeneous anisotropic layer [PDF]
Using methods of classical electrodynamics, we consider the oblique incidence of a plane electromagnetic wave on a twisted planar anisotropic inhomogeneous layer, in which the optical axis changes direction with respect to the plane of incidence.

A geometric condition for incidence-matrix nuffvectors
Let (P,L) be a (point,line)-geometry, in which L is a collection of subsets of size \(s+1\) of P. Suppose there exists a function e: \(P\to {\mathbb{Z}}\) such that, for each \(p\in P\) and \(\ell \in L\), there is a unique \(q\in \ell\) such that \(e(\ell)=\{e(q),e(q)+1\}\).
