This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

COMPARISON OF SAGITTAL PARAMETERS IN DIFFERENT MORPHOLOGICAL TYPES OF CERVICAL CURVATURE [PDF]
Objective: Evaluate and compare sagittal parameters of the spine in different morphological types of cervical curves. Method: ten lateral radiographs of the cervical spine of each morphological type of cervical curvature (lordotic, straightened, sigmoid

Effect of inclined angle on a vehicle-passenger-inclined highway bridge
This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the dynamic interaction of a vehicle-passenger-inclined highway bridge. The mathematical vehicle-passenger model has 12 degrees of freedom: a vehicle model with four masses has six degrees of freedom, and an occupant model with four masses, which is the hinged beam model, has six degrees of freedom.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Neutron-star spindown and magnetic inclination-angle evolution
A rotating fluid star, endowed with a magnetic field, can undergo a form of precessional motion: a sum of rigid-body free precession and a non-rigid response.

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.
