STEGMÜLLER ON KUHN AND INCOMMENSURABILITY
The British Journal for the Philosophy of Science, 1982The so-called incommensurability thesis has emerged as undoubtedly the single most controversial and questioned feature of Thomas Kuhn’s The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. Abstract Two options are incommensurable if it is neither true that one of them is better than the other, nor true that they are of equal value.
