On independent domination numbers of grid and toroidal grid directed graphs [PDF]
A subset $S$ of vertex set $V(D)$ is an independent dominating set of a digraph $D$ if $S$ is both an independent and a dominating set of $D$. The independent domination number $i(D)$ is the minimum cardinality of an independent dominating set of $D ...

A Note on Outer-Independent 2-Rainbow Domination in Graphs
Let G be a graph with vertex set V(G) and f:V(G)→{∅,{1},{2},{1,2}} be a function. We say that f is an outer-independent 2-rainbow dominating function on G if the following two conditions hold: (i)V∅={x∈V(G):f(x)=∅} is an independent set of G.

PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...

Independent Rainbow Domination Numbers of Generalized Petersen Graphs P(n,2) and P(n,3)
We obtain new results on independent 2- and 3-rainbow domination numbers of generalized Petersen graphs P ( n , k ) for certain values of n , k ∈ N . By suitably adjusting and applying a well established technique of tropical algebra (path

Bone metastasis in prostate cancer (PCa) patients is a clinical hurdle due to the poor understanding of the supportive bone microenvironment. Here, we identify stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) as a tumor‐promoting enzyme and potential therapeutic target in bone metastatic PCa.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Computational Complexity of Outer-Independent Total and Total Roman Domination Numbers in Trees
An outer-independent total dominating set (OITDS) of a graph G is a set D of vertices of G such that every vertex of G has a neighbor in D, and the set V (G) \ D is independent.

Bounds on Co-Independent Liar’s Domination in Graphs
A set S⊆V of a graph G=V,E is called a co-independent liar’s dominating set of G if (i) for all v∈V, NGv∩S≥2, (ii) for every pair u,v∈V of distinct vertices, NGu∪NGv∩S≥3, and (iii) the induced subgraph of G on V−S has no edge.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.
