Although the tumor microenvironment is known to shape immunotherapy response, its key determinants remain elusive, underscoring the critical need for single‐cell resolution analytical frameworks. We present scResponse, an efficient algorithm to quantify single‐cell responses to immunotherapy. By capturing diverse cellular subtypes and states associated

Background Rapid diversification in island floras often creates taxonomic uncertainty, particularly for morphologically variable plant complexes. The Cirsium japonicum complex, a widespread and medicinally important group in East Asia, exemplifies this ...

A novel transcriptional module involving CsYABBY3 and CsAS1 is identified to regulate cannabinoid biosynthesis and trichome development. These factors mutually activate each other and form a protein complex via a conserved residue, acting synergistically to amplify metabolic flux through a coordinate feed‐forward mechanism.

Shadow‐Calibrated Stereo Vision for Colorimetric Sweat Analysis
By establishing a mathematical model that reconstructs 3D structures through geometric features of object shadows under controlled illumination, and combining it with Convolutional Neural Network‐based 2D image analysis for volumetric calibration, this work enables highly accurate 3D morphological reconstruction.

Secreted Nonstructural Protein 3 is a Pathogenic Determinant of Orbivirus
This study uncovers a conserved PIP2‐dependent secretory pathway of orbivirus NS3 that induces vascular leakage. Pharmacological disruption of PIP2‐NS3 interaction significantly reduces viral pathogenicity and provides protective efficacy in murine models, establishing PIP2‐mediated NS3 secretion as both a key virulence determinant and a promising ...

Boosting Sensory Nerve‐to‐Bone Interactions Enhances Hedgehog Mediated Calvarial Bone Repair
Boosting sensory nerve activity via TrkA agonism strongly accelerates calvarial bone repair in adult mice. Furthermore, single‐cell RNA sequencing and neuron–bone interactome analyses identify these sensory neurons as a direct neural source of Hedgehog pathway ligands. Consequently, these ligands drive osteoblast differentiation of skeletal progenitors,

Completely independent spanning trees in Eisenstein-Jacobi networks
Abstract In this work, we propose construction algorithms to build Completely Independent Spanning Trees (CIST) in EJ networks with time complexity of $O(n)$, where $n$ is the total number of nodes in the network. We present a sequential and a parallel CISTs construction algorithms.

Interpretable machine learning reveals how composition and processing govern the formation and microstructural burden of Fe‐rich intermetallic compounds in recycled Al–Si–Fe–Mn alloys. By separating morphology selection from morphology‐conditioned burden partitioning, this framework shows that identical Fe contents can yield different intermetallic ...
