Abstract Desmoplasia, characterized by excessive expansion of cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and aberrant extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition, is widely present especially in invasive cancers. The extranodal extension (ENE) of nodal metastasis involves the extension of invasive tumor cells through the lymph node capsule into the perinodal ...

ABSTRACT High‐risk human papillomaviruses (HPV) are the main etiological agents of cervical cancer. The viral early promoter regulates the expression of E6/E7 oncoproteins, and its transcriptional activity is positively or negatively regulated by host transcription factors (TFs) that are able to bind to the viral long control region (LCR).

Delivery Systems for Therapeutic Genome Editing: Challenges, Innovations, and Future Perspectives
Schematic illustration of four emerging CRISPR–Cas delivery platforms defined by distinct design principles and structural features: virus‐mimicking nanosystems (e.g., VLPs), cell‐derived extracellular vesicles, cell‐penetrating peptides, and stimuli‐responsive scaffolds. These platforms enable spatiotemporally controlled delivery of RNPs, mRNA, or DNA

Concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus immunotherapy (CICRT) promotes tumor microenvironment remodeling in locally advanced cervical cancer to enhance antitumor immunity. It reduces regulatory T cells and mitigates CD8+ T‐cell exhaustion while reprogramming macrophages toward a pro‐inflammatory phenotype. Furthermore, CICRT upregulates MHC‐II expression and

Differential phase contrast (DPC) imaging in STEM is demonstrated as a rapid, versatile segmentation tool for advanced aluminum alloys. Decomposition of false‐color DPC micrographs resolves nanoclusters, precipitate variants, dislocation strain fields, nanostructures, and grain boundaries ‐ all within a single and fast acquisition.

Adaptive Constrained Independent Vector Analysis: Application to Large-Scale fMRI Analysis [PDF]
Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) provides non-invasive indirect measures of neuronal activation in the brain. Analysis of large-scale fMRI datasets, acquired from a large pool of individuals, has become prominent in recent studies for the ...

Inverse-free Online Independent Vector Analysis with Flexible Iterative Source Steering [PDF]
In this paper, we propose a new online independent vector analysis (IVA) algorithm for real-time blind source separation (BSS). In many BSS algorithms, the iterative projection (IP) has been used for updating the demixing matrix, a parameter to be ...
