Issues related to the health of Indigenous peoples are deeply connected to the ongoing legacy of colonization and to complex issues about access to human rights. In this chapter we explore how the field of bioethics can contribute to solutions through a consideration of Indigenous perspectives on health and the ongoing effects of colonization.
