Observation of thermally activated glassiness and memory dip in a-NbSi insulating thin films
We present electrical conductance measurements on amorphous NbSi insulating thin films. These films display out-of equilibrium electronic features that are markedly different from what has been reported so far in disordered insulators.

Controlled oxide removal for the preparation of damage-free InAs(110) surfaces [PDF]
Controlled oxide removal from InAs(110) surfaces using atomic hydrogen (H*) has been achieved by monitoring the contaminant vibrational modes with high resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS). The contributing oxide vibrational modes of the

Modulating Electrochemical CO2 Reduction Pathways via Interfacial Electric Field
Engineering interfacial electric fields in Cu/ITO electrodes enables precise control of CO2 reduction pathways. Charge transfer from Cu to ITO generates positively charged Cu species that steer selectivity from ethylene toward methane. This work demonstrates how interfacial electric‐field modulation can direct reaction intermediates and transform ...

Thermodynamic calculations in the Cu-In-Sn system [PDF]
Tin based alloys with addition of indium and copper are well discussed from the point of phase diagrams, but there are still properties which are not measured or calculated. Therefore, in this paper some calculations were performed in order to obtain the

Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

Effect of sintering temperature and heat treatment on electrical properties of indium oxide based ceramics [PDF]
Indium oxide based ceramics with bismuth oxide addition were sintered in air in the temperature range 800-1300 ºC. Current-voltage characteristics of In2O3-Bi2O3 ceramics sintered at different temperatures are weakly nonlinear.
