Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

SEPARATION-INDIVIDUATION PROCESSES IN ADULTHOOD

open access: yes, 2016
: The concept of separation-individuation is one of the most influential paradigms that sprang from psychoanalytic theory. The process of separationindividuation takes place during one’s lifetime and significantly influences every phase of development in

Longitudinal genome‐wide aneuploidy measurements in circulating cell‐free DNA to predict lack of benefit from pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

Arketyper och andlig utveckling : Kvinnans individuation ur ett religionsvetenskapligt perspektiv

open access: yes
This thesis examines the individuation process in women through Carl Gustav Jung’s and Erich Neumann’s theories in analytical psychology. While Jung presents a general model of individuation, Neumann expands it by focusing on women’s psychological ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Individuation : experience in search of theory

open access: yes, 1998
This study arose from the experience of difficulties in individuating incorporating tensions in the self-group, self-other, and self-self relational dimensions.
