Evaluation of the gastric conduit perfusion using indocyanine green in thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer

open access: yesSAGE Open Medicine
Objective: Indocyanine green has been used in the assessment of the gastric conduit perfusion in thoracoscopic esophagectomy to prevent malperfusion-associated anastomotic leak. This study aims to evaluate the initial results of investigating the gastric

Indocyanine green‐fluorescent imaging for a detection of accessory pancreatic duct in pancreas‐preserving duodenectomy

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, 2023
Pancreas‐preserving duodenectomy is indicated for select patients with a duodenal tumor in the second portion. In this procedure, identification and closure of the accessory pancreatic duct is important to prevent postoperative pancreatic fistula. A 63‐y‐

A Custom-Made, Low-Cost Intraoperative Fluorescence Navigation System with Indocyanine Green for Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in Skin Cancer [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Background: Recently, indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging has been reported as new method to detect sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs). However, high introduction costs limit its use. Objective: The purpose of this study was to test an ICG fluorescence

Soft‐Drug‐Inspired MnSTF Nano‐Adjuvant for Safe and Synergistic cGAS–STING Activation in Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces MnSTF, a soft‐drug‐inspired nanoadjuvant that overcomes the systemic toxicity of STING agonists. Through Mn2+ coordination with an ENPP1 inhibitor, it enables safe cGAS‐STING activation, remodels the tumor immune microenvironment, and synergizes with radiotherapy or vaccines to elicit robust antitumor immunity.

AI‐Driven Acceleration of Fluorescence Probe Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present PROBY, an AI model trained on large‐scale datasets to predict key photophysical properties and accelerate the discovery of target‐specific fluorescent probes. By screening a target‐annotated library, PROBY identifies candidate probes for diverse targets and could guide probe optimization, enabling a range of in vitro and in vivo imaging ...
