Risk of low back pain among Indonesian volcano sulfur miners: a retrospective cohort study
Introduction. Kawah Ijen is the main volcano sulfur-producing in Indonesia. There is still a lot of conventional Sulfur mining going on there. Every day, Sulfur miners work walking about 8.5 km to transport Sulfur weighing 70-100 kilograms using simple transporters that are only held on one shoulder to the Sulfur collection site.

Abstract Three novel taxa in the Coleofasciculales were observed in hot springs in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, United States, and in the Tabaconcito thermal springs on the Rio Tabacón in Costa Rica. Flavicapitulum vaporiphilum gen. et sp. nov. was located in a supported clade with Gracilinea and Marmoreocelis.

Winter Natural Evaporation Experiment of Deep Brine With Sand‐Gravel Pores in Da Lang Tan
The deep sand gravel type pore brine in Qaidam Basin belongs to unsaturated chloride type brine with high calcium, high sodium and low potassium. A total of 600 kg of graveltypepore brine at 1000–2000 m underground in Dalangtan mining area, was selected for the test, and evaporated and crysta‐llized in the natural state in summer.

The characteristic of eruption of Indonesian active volcanoes in the last four decades
Indonesia has 129 active volcanoes those are scattered in Sumatra, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Sulawesi islands. Approximately 13% of the world’s active volcanoes are located in Indonesia. Active volcano in Indonesia is divided into three categories, namely type A, B, and C. A type are those volcanoes recorded eruption since 1600.

MetF is essential for both in vitro and in vivo growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, whereas MetE, previously considered essential in vitro, is dispensable in vivo. Given the importance of methionine and folate metabolism as drug targets, MetF represents a promising candidate, highlighting the need for in vivo validation.
