Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

POSTER: Privacy-preserving Indoor Localization
Upcoming WiFi-based localization systems for indoor environments face a conflict of privacy interests: Server-side localization violates location privacy of the users, while localization on the user's device forces the localization provider to disclose ...

Experimental evaluation of UWB indoor positioning for indoor track cycling [PDF]
Accurate radio frequency (RF)-based indoor localization systems are more and more applied during sports. The most accurate RF-based localization systems use ultra-wideband (UWB) technology; this is why this technology is the most prevalent.

On Indoor Localization and Indoor Mapping [PDF]
This thesis proposes novel methods for the generation of indoor maps and localization. For enabling these approaches, significant improvements were introduced in state-of-the-art methods for the identification of the user transition between out and indoor areas, vertical and horizontal localization, and radio-map generation, while generating 3D models ...
