The Effect of Residual Stress on Bending Strength of Induction Hardened Gears
残余应力是影响感应淬火齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的重要而且复杂的因素之一,因为残余应力本身也受多种因素的影响。本文利用X射线衍射方法研究了各种感应淬火工艺及齿根拐角半径的影响,进而运用四点弯曲平板试样及标准试验齿轮研究了残余应力对其弯曲疲劳强度的影响。
