A Bi‐Level Optimization Model for Carbon Reduction in Multi‐Echelon Power Equipment Supply Chains Under Carbon Quota and Trading

open access: yesIET Renewable Power Generation, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This study proposes a bi‐level optimization model to coordinate carbon reduction across multi‐echelon power equipment supply chains under carbon quota and trading policies. Results demonstrate that carbon price provides dual incentives for abatement and revenue generation, with the abatement cost coefficient being the dominant factor influencing ...

Brazing Temperature‐Dependent Cracking in Inconel 625/BNi‐2/Hastelloy X Brazed Junctions

open access: yesAdvances in Materials Science and Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Inconel 625 and Hastelloy X are two commonly used solid‐solution‐strengthened superalloys, and the connection of them is inevitable in high‐temperature applications. Brazing is a commonly accepted joining method. In this study, the two alloys were vacuum brazed by sandwiching a BNi‐2 adhesive filler into them.

Probabilistic Failure Analysis of SiC‐CMC/Nb Fuel Claddings Under Loss‐Of‐Coolant Accident Conditions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Energy Research, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
A numerical framework leveraging finite element analysis is established to examine the thermomechanical behavior and burst safety of a novel accident‐tolerant fuel (ATF) cladding design. This design incorporates a thin niobium (Nb) liner positioned between two layers of silicon carbide ceramic matrix composites (SiC‐CMC).

Research on High-frequency induction brazing of PCD Cut Tool [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Computer Science Research, 2015
The morphologies of the brazing fill are studied by SEM and EDS. The binding force and use life of PCD cut tool are studied too. The results shows that the quality of weld fill is the best when time is 13 and 15s. Meanwhile, the weld fill shows metallurgical bond.
