Self-capacitance of inductors

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 1997
A new method for predicting the stray capacitance of inductors is presented. The method is based on an analytical approach and the physical structure of inductors. The inductor winding is partitioned into basic cells-many of which are identical. An expression for the equivalent capacitance of the basic cell is derived.

ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF GROUNDED INDUCTORS TO FLOATING INDUCTORS USING OFA AND FCCII

open access: yesJournal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2011
It is well known that a floating inductor circuit is realized from a grounded inductor circuit by replacing the operational amplifier by a floating operational transconductance amplifier. This idea is extended to transform current conveyor grounded inductors to floating inductors by replacing the current conveyor by the recently introduced floating ...

Integrated Inductors

open access: yes, 2008
Integrated inductors, also called spiral inductors, on-chip inductors, or planarinductors, are inseparable part in radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs). Increasing growth in RFICs from the past few decades has forced study of these components in greater detail.

High-Efficiency High Step-Up DC–DC Converter With Dual Coupled Inductors for Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems

IEEE transactions on power electronics, 2018
This paper introduces a non-isolated high step-up dc–dc converter with dual coupled inductors suitable for distributed generation applications. By implementing an input parallel connection, the proposed dc–dc structure inherits shared input current with ...

Ripple-Free Input Current High Voltage Gain DC–DC Converters With Coupled Inductors

IEEE transactions on power electronics, 2019
This paper presents three nonisolated high voltage gain dc–dc converters with ripple-free input current. The proposed converters combine coupled inductors and voltage-doubler structure (VDS) to achieve high step-up of input voltage.

Interleaved High Step-Up Converter With Coupled Inductors

IEEE transactions on power electronics, 2019
This paper proposes a new interleaved high step-up converter with coupled inductors. Interleaving configuration is employed at the input side to reduce the input current ripple and increase the power level.

Optimized Design of the Neutral Inductor and Filter Inductors in Three-Phase Four-Wire Inverter With Split DC-Link Capacitors

IEEE transactions on power electronics, 2019
The three-phase four-wire inverter with split dc-link capacitors can supply unbalanced loads. For the purpose of reducing the filter inductors, a neutral inductor could be introduced into the neutral line.
