A Semi‐Quantitative Methodology for Chemical Process Resilience Assessment
A new semi‐quantitative framework is proposed for process resilience assessment. Safety/security, productivity, and quality are integrated into the resilience evaluation. Dynamic simulations are used to quantify resilience as a time‐dependent system response.
