Experiences from Implementing Multiprocessor Support for an Industrial Operating System Kernel

11th IEEE International Conference on Embedded and Real-Time Computing Systems and Applications (RTCSA'05), 2006
The ongoing transition from uniprocessor to multiprocessor computers requires operating system support. There is a large body of specialized operating systems which require porting in order to work on multiprocessors. In this paper we describe the design and implementation of a multiprocessor port of a cluster operating system kernel.

Human Support Interface for Operation of Industrial Crane Based on RNN

2009 Fourth International Conference on Innovative Computing, Information and Control (ICICIC), 2009
A mobile crane is widely used not only to daily work but also to carry heavy materials efficiently in a construction site after the time of disaster. However, the decreases in the number of expert persons induce crane accident. As it is well known, the crane operation is highly complicated even for experts.

Decision support subsystem for operations planning in the automotive industry

2013
In this paper, we describe a decision support subsystem that ensures the coordination between different integer programming models through an appropriate algorithm. The algorithm selects the most appropriate model, according to the information to be used during the time period under analysis. The solution given by the algorithm is translated into a set
