The 8π Inertia Identity: Thermodynamic Origin of Inertia via the Flux-Response Constant kSEG

We propose a thermodynamic formulation of inertia based on horizon thermodynamics and the response constant k_SEG = 4 pi G / c^3. Using the Clausius relation (delta Q = T dS) with the Unruh temperature and Bekenstein entropy shift, we recover Newton’s second law (F = m a).

This research explores the interplay between chronotype, sleep inertia (SI), and social jetlag (SJL), examining whether an interaction between chronotype and SJL increases susceptibility to SI in individuals with an evening chronotype, due to their more pronounced SJL.
