Coupled materials design enables a monolithic fiber that integrates complementary sensing regimes into a single wearable strand. By preserving informative signal features across subtle physiological deformation, large body motion, and mixed mechanical inputs, the dual‐gradient architecture generates synchronized, less redundant outputs that improve ...

An inertial motion capture framework for constructing body sensor networks [PDF]
Motion capture is the process of measuring and subsequently reconstructing the movement of an animated object or being in virtual space. Virtual reconstructions of human motion play an important role in numerous application areas such as animation, medical science, ergonomics, etc.

Existing inertial motion capture techniques use the human root coordinate frame to estimate local poses and treat it as an inertial frame by default. We argue that when the root has linear acceleration or rotation, the root frame should be considered non-inertial theoretically. In this paper, we model the fictitious forces that are non-neglectable in a

Cu‐Pd Dual Single Atoms Promoting Selective CO2 Photoreduction to C2 Products in Seawater
Cu and Pd dual single atoms anchored on TiO2 cooperatively enhance C─C coupling during CO2 photoreduction in seawater. Under xenon‐light irradiation and without a sacrificial reagent/alkaline trapping agent, the catalyst achieves highly selective acetic acid formation.
