Eriope barrinhae (Lamiaceae, Hyptidinae), a new montane species from northern Minas Gerais, Brazil
Nordic Journal of Botany, EarlyView.In northern Minas Gerais, in the Monte Azul region, the Pico da Formosa mountain remains poorly explored botanically despite recent discoveries of new taxa. During fieldwork at the summit of this mountain, we discovered a distinctive population of Eriope that differs from all known species by a unique combination of morphological characters.
