Another construction of edge-regular graphs with regular cliques
We exhibit a new construction of edge-regular graphs with regular cliques that are not strongly regular. The infinite family of graphs resulting from this construction includes an edge-regular graph with parameters $(24,8,2)$.

Generalized Schrödinger Semigroups on Infinite Graphs [PDF]
With appropriate notions of Hermitian vector bundles and connections over weighted graphs which we allow to be locally infinite, we prove Feynman–Kac-type representations for the corresponding semigroups and derive several applications thereof.

The spectrum of an infinite graph
AbstractThe spectrum of a locally finite countable graph is defined. Some theorems known from the theory of spectra of finite graphs are extended to infinite graphs.

Decrypting cancer's spatial code: from single cells to tissue niches
Spatial transcriptomics maps gene activity across tissues, offering powerful insights into how cancer cells are organised, switch states and interact with their surroundings. This review outlines emerging computational, artificial intelligence (AI) and geospatial approaches to define cell states, uncover tumour niches and integrate spatial data with ...

Cycle Double Covers of Infinite Planar Graphs
In this paper, we study the existence of cycle double covers for infinite planar graphs. We show that every infinite locally finite bridgeless k-indivisible graph with a 2-basis admits a cycle double cover.

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

On cyclic orthogonal double covers of circulant graphs by special infinite graphs
In this article, a technique to construct cyclic orthogonal double covers (CODCs) of regular circulant graphs by certain infinite graph classes such as complete bipartite and tripartite graphs and disjoint union of butterfly and is introduced.

Spectra of the extended neighborhood corona and extended corona of two graphs
In this paper we define extended corona and extended neighborhoodcorona of two graphs $G_{1}$ and $G_{2}$, which are denoted by$G_{1}\bullet G_{2}$ and $G_{1}\ast G_{2}$ respectively.

Context-Sensitive Languages, Rational Graphs and Determinism [PDF]
We investigate families of infinite automata for context-sensitive languages. An infinite automaton is an infinite labeled graph with two sets of initial and final vertices.

CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.
