A note on absolute summability factors

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1994
In this paper, a generalization of a theorem of Mishra and Srivastava [4] on |C,1|k summability factors has been proved.

On a new application of quasi power increasing sequences

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2019
In the present paper, absolute matrix summability of infinite series has been studied. A new theorem concerned with absolute matrix summability factors, which generalizes a known theorem dealing with absolute Riesz summability factors of infinite series,

Engineering tandem VHHs to target different epitopes to enhance antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated cytotoxicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

On an inclusion theorem

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2000
We have established a relation between θ−|R,pn|k and θ−|R,qn|k summability methods, k>1, which generalizes a result of Sunouchi (1949) on |R,pn| and |R,qn| summability methods.

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

Utilization of Ramanujan-type Eisenstein series in the generation of differential equations

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
In his lost notebook, Ramanujan presented unique categories of remarkable infinite series, known as the Ramanujan-type Eisenstein series. The objective of this paper is to generate various differential identities related to classical $ \eta $-functions ...

dUTPase is essential in zebrafish development and possesses several single‐nucleotide variants with pronounced structural and functional consequences

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

A new application of almost increasing sequences

open access: yesAnnales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis: Studia Mathematica, 2019
In this paper, a known result dealing with |N, pn|k summability of infinite series has been generalized to the φ-|N, pn;δ|k infinite series by using an almost increasing sequence.
