Graph Neural Networks for Gut Microbiome Metaomic data: A preliminary work [PDF]
The gut microbiome, crucial for human health, presents challenges in analyzing its complex metaomic data due to high dimensionality and sparsity. Traditional methods struggle to capture its intricate relationships. We investigate graph neural networks (GNNs) for this task, aiming to derive meaningful representations of individual gut microbiomes ...

This study elucidates the crosstalk between tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and anaplastic thyroid cancer stem cells (ATCSCs). The findings reveal that CCL20 from THP‐1‐M2 activates the IRAK‐1/NF‐κB1/2 pathway in ATCSCs, thereby enhancing CXCL5 secretion.

Production, Characteristics and Biological effects of Protonated Small Water Clusters [PDF]
The production and characteristics of protonated small water clusters (PSWCs) were reported in this work, where in electrospray ionization (ESI) of pure water, the species obtained were singly charged molecular ions consisting of 2, 3, 4 or 5 water molecules attached to a hydrogen ion, [(H2O)n+H]+, where n = 2, 3, 4 or 5.
