Metal‐Supramolecular Drug Delivery System Empowered Meningeal Lymphatic Vessels‐Bridged Intracranial‐Peripheral Dual Immune Modulation for Reversing Glioblastoma Immune Suppression

A novel metal‐supramolecular nanoplatform (FLM@VC) enables efficient brain delivery via meningeal lymphatic vessels (MLVs), bypassing the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) through subcutaneous administration. It reprograms tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and remodels the MLVs to promote DC trafficking and CD8+ T cell activation.

SIRT1 Prevents Ferroptosis in Corneal Epithelial Cells by Enhancing HIF1α Protein Stability in Dry Eye Disease

Hyperosmotic stress drives ferroptosis in corneal epithelium via SIRT1 downregulation. This work demonstrates that SIRT1 activation stabilizes HIF1α, which transcriptionally upregulates GPX4 to inhibit lipid peroxidation and cell death. Reinforcing Calcium Overload via Inflammation‐Mediated Targeting to Amplify Pyroptosis and Antitumor Immunity

A neutrophil‐membrane‐camouflaged nanoplatform (RC@NMVs) exploits tumor inflammation to target and accumulate in tumors. Intracellular Ca2+ overload is triggered via lysosomal CaP dissolution and Ru red‐mediated Ca2+ channel blockade, synergistically inducing gasdermin‐mediated pyroptosis.
