2011 4th IFIP International Conference on New Technologies, Mobility and Security, 2011This paper explores the performance benefits of an information-centric network which capitalizes on overlapping multiaccess for content distribution. We present our architecture which uses an enhanced BitTorrent protocol, supports multiple network accesses simultaneously, and localizes information retrieval.
