Radar/ESM anti-bias track association algorithm based on track distance vector detection

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
To address radar/ESM track association problem in the presence of sensor biases and different targets reported by different sensors, an anti-bias track association algorithm based on track distance vectors detection is proposed according to the ...

Information Fusion of Conflicting Input Data [PDF]

open access: yesSensors, 2016
Sensors, and also actuators or external sources such as databases, serve as data sources in order to realise condition monitoring of industrial applications or the acquisition of characteristic parameters like production speed or reject rate. Modern facilities create such a large amount of complex data that a machine operator is unable to comprehend ...

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

The anti‐CRISPR protein AcrIE8.1 inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system by directly binding to the Cascade subunit Cas11

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

A Discriminative Feature Learning Approach for Remote Sensing Image Retrieval

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2019
Effective feature representations play a decisive role in content-based remote sensing image retrieval (CBRSIR). Recently, learning-based features have been widely used in CBRSIR and they show powerful ability of feature representations.

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...

The Caenorhabditis elegans DPF‐3 and human DPP4 have tripeptidyl peptidase activity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV) family comprises serine proteases classically defined by their ability to remove dipeptides from the N‐termini of substrates, a feature that gave the family its name. Here, we report the discovery of a previously unrecognized tripeptidyl peptidase activity in DPPIV family members from two different species.

Weak Labeling-specific Emitter Identification Algorithm Based on the Weakly Supervised Wav-KAN Network

open access: yesLeida xuebao
Most existing specific emitter identification technologies rely on supervised learning, making them unsuitable for scenarios with label loss due to factors such as the acquisition environment (e.g., weather conditions, terrain, obstacles, and ...
