PLANNING THE GROWTH OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY BASED ON SIMULATION OF INVESTMENT STRATEGIES

open access: yesФинансы: теория и практика, 2017
A methodological approach to planning the development of a regional economy is considered based on the idea of choosing optimal strategies for investment in the gross regional product (GRP) growth using simulation.

Microbiome−host proteostasis crosstalk—An emerging perspective on mechanisms and interventions toward healthy longevity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Proteostasis and the gut microbiota play a key role in shaping host physiology. Microbiota‐derived metabolites, vitamins, and RNA modulate host proteostasis. Findings from model systems, including C. elegans, indicate microbes can either stabilize or disrupt host proteostasis.

Specificity of the operator’s activity performing the work with the forecasting tools of technologically and chronologically interconnected events in the system of continuous forecasting and tracking information flows

open access: yesСистемный анализ и прикладная информатика, 2019
Creation of an automated continuous forecasting system based on tracking information flows requires the development of a number of algorithms and machine programs to build a model of the forecast object based on the obtained identification features, to ...

Modelling information persistence on the web

open access: yesProceedings of the 6th international conference on Web engineering - ICWE '06, 2006
Models of web data persistency are essential tools for the designof efficient information extraction systems that repeatedlycollect and process the data. This study models the persistence ofweb data through the measurement of URL and content persistenceacross several snapshots of a national community web, collectedfor 3 years.

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Generic Relationships in Information Modeling [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Generic relationships are abstraction patterns used for structuring information across application domains. They play a central role in information modeling. However, the state of the art of handling generic relationships leaves open a number of problems, like differences in the definition of some generic relationships in various data models and ...

PARK(ing) time–How park deficiency affects the biological clock in a Drosophila model of Parkinson's disease

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Drosophila park mutants serve as a model for Parkinson's disease. We used this strain to investigate the connection between oxidative stress and the circadian clock mechanism. We showed that increased oxidative stress affects the physiology of pacemaker cells, disrupting their daily structural plasticity. Lack of rhythmic signaling from pacemaker cells
