A sequence‐encoded supramolecular construct containing two accessible toeholds is developed herein for enabling multiple editing operations. By introducing specific input strands, it is possible to selectively erase or rewrite digital content through parallel or series toehold‐mediated strand displacement (PTMSD or STMSD).

Information underload: Recognition of slowly-presented alphabetic characters [PDF]
Abstract The accuracy of identification of alphabetic letters was examined under three experimental procedures: slowly plotting all of the dots associated with a given display of letters in their correct spatial positions, but in a random temporal order; rapidly plotting one half of the dots associated with a display, and after a variable delay ...

Nanothermometry in Living Cells: Physical Limits, Conceptual and Material Challenges
Heat and temperature are fundamental to life. When nanothermometers began probing regions as small as a living cell, they triggered controversial claims of large intracellular temperature gradients. We review physical constraints energy‐conservation, entropy production, thermodynamic fluctuations, and molecular dynamics.

Genetic Diagnosis and Discovery Enabled by Large Language Models
We demonstrate that large language models (LLMs) can facilitate genetic diagnosis and discovery. LLMs were used to solve four types of genetic problems of sequentially increased complexity. An LLM‐based pipeline could analyze genetic variants in the genomic sequences of human hearing loss or rare genetic disease patients and assist in identifying ...
