Injectable Self‐Polymerizing Hydrogel as Bone Filler for Bone Defect Treatment
This study presents a multifunctional composite as an innovative bone cement substitute. By combining silver–hydroxyapatite–polydopamine to form a dynamic redox system that accelerates free radical polymerization, the material achieves smooth injectability.

ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Anti‐3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylglutaryl‐CoA reductase (HMGCR) autoantibodies (aAbs) are pathogenic in immune‐mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM), partly through complement activation. C5 inhibition did not restore muscle strength in mice or patients with overt IMNM, suggesting additional pathogenic mechanisms.

Our study demonstrates elevated GITRL expression in HDM‐exposed dendritic cells (in vitro), murine asthma models, and pediatric asthma patients, and reveals a direct association between GITRL levels and disease severity in children. ABSTRACT Currently, there are no reliable pediatric biomarkers for assessing the severity of asthma. Therefore, the study

Herein, a liver‐targeted nanohybrid formulation, SGLC/DOX@AG, is developed to enhance doxorubicin delivery and reduce vascular toxicity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treatment. Incorporating an albumin–glucosamine lipid complex, the system shows potent anticancer effects and minimized side effects across in vitro, in vivo, and cancer‐on‐a‐chip ...
