Research on nonlocal optical metasurfaces design based on the genetic algorithm method
Nanophotonics and Micro/Nano Optics VII, 2021Optical metasurfaces are one of the most studied objects in the field of electromagnetism. However, designing optical metasurfaces to meet the desired transfer function is still very challenging.

Inherited Platelet Function Disorders: Algorithms for Phenotypic and Genetic Investigation
Seminars in Thrombosis and Hemostasis, 2016Inherited platelet function disorders (IPFDs) manifest with mucocutaneous bleeding and are frequently difficult to diagnose due to their heterogeneity, the complexity of the platelet activation pathways and a lack of standardization of the platelet function laboratory assays and of their use for this purpose.

Blink reflex role in algorithmic genetic testing of inherited polyneuropathies
Muscle & Nerve, 2016In severely affected inherited polyneuropathy patients, primary demyelination can be difficult to determine by routine extremity limb nerve conduction studies (NCS). Blink reflexes may help classify severe polyneuropathies as either axonal or demyelinating.

In this paper, we formulate a special type of multiobjective optimization problems, named biobjective 0/1 combinatorial optimization problem BOCOP, and propose an inheritable genetic algorithm IGA with orthogonal array crossover (OAX) to efficiently find a complete set of nondominated solutions to BOCOP.

Royal Lineage Genetic Algorithm for a Better Solution to Traveling Salesman Problem
2024 23rd International Symposium INFOTEH-JAHORINA (INFOTEH)Genetic Algorithms (GAs) are famous for solving real-world problems despite a tendency to converge prematurely. This paper introduces the Royal Lineage Genetic Algorithm (RoLiGA), a GA enhancement inspired by chromosomal inheritance in royal lineages ...

We propose a quantum-theoretical model of genetic inheritance, integrating quantum fluctuations, entanglement, and an adaptive Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)-based evolutionary function. Our framework defines a genetic state density matrix that evolves via quantum operators, introducing entanglement-driven genotype correlations across generations.
