Can Ti‐Based MXenes Serve as Solid Lubricants for Brake Applications? A Tribological Study
This study explores the first implementation of Ti‐based MXenes materials in brake pad friction composite material. The resulting composite material exhibits a 48% reduction in the wear rate; alongside significant improvements are observed for thermal and mechanical properties.

Phantom Wormholes in (2+1)-dimensions
In this paper, we have constructed a (2+1)-dimensional wormhole using inhomogeneous and anisotropic distribution of phantom energy. We have determined the exact form of the equation of state of phantom energy that supports the wormhole structure ...

Four‐point bending tests are conducted in an argon atmosphere on commercial MgO‐C brick grades with and without MgO‐C recyclate from room temperature up to 1300 °C. No detrimental effect of the MgO‐C recyclates on bending strength is found. Instead, a decisive influence of the total carbon content is observed, with lower total carbon contents ...

Determination of pair correlation function in a weakly correlated weakly inhomogeneous plasma
In a weakly correlated inhomogeneous plasma an equation of pair correlation function is obtained utilizing the Bogoliubov-Born-Green-Kirkwood-Yvon (BBGKY) hierarchy of equations.
