Ozone therapy: underestimated opportunities in the treatment of large joint diseases
Osteoarthritis (OA) and other large joint diseases remain an unsolved problem of modern orthopedics and rheumatology. The use of intra-articular injections of various drugs, including hyaluronic acid, is widespread in both our and foreign countries ...

Objectives We employed global genetic deletion of CD14 and intra‐articular CD14 blockade across multiple murine OA models that vary in severity of pathology and rate of progression, to test the hypothesis that CD14 inhibition attenuates synovial inflammation and associated pain during disease progression.

Urinary and Plasma Profiles of Betamethasone and Triamcinolone Acetonide Following Intra-Articular and Related Administrations. [PDF]
Intra‐articular and periarticular administrations of betamethasone and triamcinolone acetonide produce systemic effects, with compound‐ and route‐dependent profiles. The results support the MRLs in urine established by WADA and recommend increasing the washout period for betamethasone.

ABSTRACT Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease characterized by chondrocyte dysfunction. In this study, we explored the function and mechanism of ubiquitin‐specific protease 7 (USP7) in chondrocyte ferroptosis in OA. The USP7, TRPV1, collagen II, and GPX4 levels in knee joint tissue were detected using immunohistochemistry ...
