Soft Hardware, Flowing Software: Reconfigurable Microfluidics for Adaptable Chemical Computation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable microfluidic platform based on soft, photo‐printable, and chemically erasable hydrogel structures printed and erased in situ is used to control flow routing, mixing, chemical patterning, and even chemical computing. Using hardware to control chemical computations decouples logic function from molecular composition, demonstrated via ...

Ciphertext policy hidden access control scheme based on blockchain and supporting data sharing

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2022
Objectives: Although the traditional attribute-based encryption scheme achieves one-to-many access control, there are still challenges such as single point of failure, low efficiency,no support for data sharing, and privacy leakage. To solve these problems,a

High Center‐of‐Mass, Multi‐Legged Soft Robots Powered by Geometrically Encoded Liquid Crystal Elastomer Arc Appendages

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Inspired by the octopus and the golden wheel spider, soft robots with liquid crystal elastomer arc fibers as appendages are fabricated to transcend surface constraints through an elevated center of mass and minimal contact footprints. By leveraging curvature‐encoded deformation‐recovery cycles, these robots exhibit contractile, torsional, and flexural ...

An efficient multi-key BFV fully homomorphic encryption scheme with optimized relinearization

open access: yesCybersecurity
Traditional fully homomorphic encryption(FHE) schemes allow computation only on data encrypted under the same public key. Multi-Key Fully Homomorphic Encryption (MKFHE) enables arbitrary operations on data encrypted with different public keys, allowing ...

Highly Anisotropic Quasi‐Direct Organic Metal Halide Hybrids: A Platform for Polarization‐Sensitive Optoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
One‐dimensional C4N2H14PbBr4 is shown to have a quasi‐direct electronic band structure and strongly anisotropic transport with polarized broadband emission. A GW/Bethe–Salpeter excited‐state force formalism, supported by polarized Raman and temperature‐dependent photoluminescence, identifies low–frequency Pb–Br phonons that drive ultrafast exciton self‐

An Efficient and Dynamic Semantic-Aware Multikeyword Ranked Search Scheme Over Encrypted Cloud Data

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Traditional searchable encryption schemes adopting the bag-of-words model occupy massive space to store the document set's index, where the dimension of the document vector is equal to the scale of the dictionary.

Decentralized Multi-Client Functional Encryption for Inner Product [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
We consider a situation where multiple parties, owning data that have to be frequently updated, agree to share weighted sums of these data with some aggregator, but where they do not wish to reveal their individual data, and do not trust each other.

Flexible Pressure Sensor With Co‐Optimized Sensitivity and Linearity Based on Gradient Toroidal Microstructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor with gradient toroidal CNT/PDMS microstructures is reported. The hierarchical geometry enables sequential electrode contact, achieving a sensitivity of 256.20 kPa−1 and linear response (R2 = 0.99) over 0–1000 kPa.
