Integrated Single‐Cell and TCR Profiling Reveals Protection‐Associated CD8+ T Cell Subsets Linked to Viral Control in PRRSV

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PRRSV vaccine‐mediated protection is associated with clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets driven by viral structural proteins and supported by innate TLR4/TLR8 signaling and CD4+ T cell help, whereas non‐protective responses are characterized by dysfunctional exhausted‐like CD8+ T cells linked to poor viral control.

Covalently Integrated Selenoviologen–N‐Heterocyclic Carbene–Pt Nanoparticles for Visible‐Light‐Driven Hydrogen Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A covalently integrated single‐component photocatalyst is constructed by anchoring selenoviologen to platinum nanoparticles via robust N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands. The resulting Pt─C covalent bonds function dually as protective structural scaffolds and direct channels for ultrafast intramolecular electron transfer This precise interfacial ...

RGS16 Aggravates Hepatic Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury via Hepatocyte‐Intrinsic Apoptosis/Inflammation & Neutrophil Recruitment/NETosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
RGS16 competitively interferes with the YTHDF3–PAN3 complex to prevent CXCL1 mRNA decay during hepatic ischemia‐reperfusion injury. Stabilized CXCL1 strengthens hepatocyte injury, neutrophil recruitment, and NET‐associated inflammation, uncovering how stress‐induced RGS16 converts post‐transcriptional regulation into immune‐mediated liver damage ...

Phylogenomic insights into the genus Tulipa (Liliaceae): Taxonomy, evolution, and biogeography

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Botany, EarlyView.
Abstract Premise Tulips are one of the best‐known geophytes, but their taxonomy remains convoluted and their evolutionary history poorly understood. Here, we used plastid genomes to identify some issues with current classification, understand the diversification history of the genus, and identify potential species linked to historical cultivation ...

A Novel NR3C1 Frameshift Variant Associated With Familial Glucocorticoid Resistance Syndrome: An Integrated Analysis of Steroid Profiling and Structural Modeling

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Glucocorticoid resistance syndrome (GRS) is a rare hereditary disorder caused by pathogenic variants in NR3C1, characterized by marked phenotypic heterogeneity and frequent misdiagnosis as primary aldosteronism or subclinical Cushing's syndrome.
