Lithuanian production modeling

open access: yesLietuvos Matematikos Rinkinys, 2005
Possibilities of production and its components in Lithuania modeling were analyzed in this paper. It is important to do good forecasts for production. Indicators which have strong influence on production were found. The obtained models explain structure

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Frankfurt airport's impact on regional and national employment and income : some new results using an improved version of the extended model for interregional input-output-analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
We develop an interregional version of the standard textbook input-output model, that is extended with respect to the inclusion of the consumption expenditures and income generation process into the endogenous part of the input-output table.

Minimality of dynamic input-output decoupling for nonlinear systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 1991
In this note we study the strong dynamic input-output decoupling problem for nonlinear systems. Using an algebraic theory for nonlinear control systems, we obtain for a dynamic input-output decouplable nonlinear system a compensator of minimal dimension ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Research into the methods of analysing the productivity indicators of transport terminals [PDF]

open access: yesTransport, 2009
The measurement of terminal productivity is the issue of extreme importance to both terminal owners and management and customers. As the sector of transport is highly intensive in terms of investments into the infrastructure, the productivity of a ...

Nonlinear quantum input-output analysis using Volterra series [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Quantum input-output theory plays a very important role for analyzing the dynamics of quantum systems, especially large-scale quantum networks. As an extension of the input-output formalism of Gardiner and Collet, we develop a new approach based on the ...
