Resilience of floral scent emission after florivory

open access: yesPlant Biology, EarlyView.
Florivory is thought to affect floral traits, impacting pollination. However, our data suggest a stability in post‐florivory scent emission, which may guarantee the maintenance of pollinator visitation regardless of florivory, indicating a resilience of natural systems with multiple and simultaneous interactions. Continual decision‐making dynamics across biological organisms

open access: yesBiological Reviews, Volume 101, Issue 3, Page 1059-1072, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Decision‐making is a central function of adaptive behaviour in biological agents. However, strategies for adaptive decision‐making can vary substantially across species. Here, we aim to extend the comparative scope of decision‐making analyses to phylogenetically diverse organisms.

PFAS properties and destruction methods: A focus on enzymatic degradation

open access: yesJournal of Chemical Technology &Biotechnology, Volume 101, Issue 6, Page 1126-1152, June 2026.
Abstract Per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are known as ‘forever’ chemicals and have lasting detrimental impact on the environment and living organisms. To understand PFAS molecules better, this review begins with an overview of PFAS definition, classifications and applications, and then provides a comprehensive summary and critical analysis ...
