Neuromodulation strategies are increasingly needed to stimulate, restore, or replace altered neuronal activity in disease. Cobalt ferrite‐barium titanate (CFO–BTO) magnetoelectric nanoparticles convert low‐intensity static magnetic fields into local electrical modulation of cortical networks.

An iterative method for instantaneous frequency estimation
In this paper, we propose an iterative method to estimate the instantaneous frequency of a signal based on the discrete evolutionary transform (DET). The DET provides a representation for nonstationary signals and a time-frequency kernel that permits us to obtain the time-dependent spectrum of the signal.

Instantaneous Frequency Estimation and Localization
In many applications, a critical feature of a nonstationary signal is provided by its instantaneous frequency (IF), which accounts for the signal spectral variations as a function of time. This chapter presents methods and algorithms for the localization and estimation of the signal IF using timefrequency (t, f) based methods.

Estimation of Instantaneous Frequency in the Presence of Interfering Trajectories
The paper presents a method for the estimation of instantaneous frequency (IF) of signals characterized by interfering IF trajectories. It would be a useful methodology for maintenance and troubleshooting of wireless networks sharing the same operating frequency interval or predictive maintenance of vibrating/rotating systems.
