Integer ambiguity validation: an open problem?
GPS Solutions, 2004The problem of integer estimation has drawn a lot of attention in the past decade, and is now often considered solved. However, a parameter resolution theory cannot be considered complete without rigorous measures for validating the parameter solution.

Hypothesis Testing for Resolving Integer Ambiguity in GPS
Navigation, 2003: This paper presents statistical techniques for validating integer ambiguities and detecting cycle slips. The multiple-hypothesis Wald sequential probability ratio test (SPRT) validates the choice of initial integer ambiguities by finding the conditional probability that each set of integer biases under consideration is the true bias condition.

Applied Interval Based Integer Ambiguity Resolution
Navigation, 2009This paper provides improvements on the interval integer ambiguity resolution algorithm BOUNDS, which can give theoretical guarantees on finding the correct integers. The BOUNDS algorithm is validated by applying it to real GPS data and comparing it to the LAMBDA method.

An Optimal Search Algorithm of Integer Ambiguity in the Satellite Navigation Positioning
2020 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC), 2020In order to resolve the problem of too long search time caused by poor accuracy of the integer ambiguity floating-point solution, an improved search space algorithm was proposed. It was shown that the efficiency of a fixed integer ambiguity degree is greatly improved, with setting the initial search space and optimally updating of the upper and lower ...

Minimizing the integer ambiguity search space for RTK
Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences, 2003Differential GPS carrier phase measurements have much lower noise and multipath error than that of pseudorange measurements. The result is centimeter accuracy for Real-Time Kinematic (RTK). However, the measurement of the carrier phase has a constant unknown integer ambiguity.

Solution of the problem of phase ambiguity by integer interferometry
Optoelectronics, Instrumentation and Data Processing, 2013An automatic method is proposed to resolve phase ambiguity in interpreting fringe patterns by a series of two phase distributions with different periods. The method does not require identification of local phase transitions in adjacent image regions and can determine the total phase at each point separately.

Integer-sided Triangles and the SSA Ambiguity
The Mathematics Teacher, 1987The problem of determining integer-sided triangles that contain a 60-degree angle was mentioned by R. G. Dearborn (1985), In this article I shall derive some general formulas for resolving this problem; these include Dearborn's result as a special case and have several further ramifications, including a connection with the well-known “SSA ambiguity” in

A GNSS integer ambiguity resolution method based on ambiguity domain search strategy
2016 IEEE International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT), 2016A new integer ambiguity resolution method is proposed to solve influence caused by Ambiguity real solutions accuracy and high dimensions on LAMBDA search strategy. Its search efficiency is very close to bootstrap algorithm and the success rate is higher. The reason is that the new method set reasonable number of ambiguity reservation number.

Modified weighted integer least squares estimations for GNSS integer ambiguity resolution
Survey Review, 2013In this contribution, modified versions of Agrell, Eriksson, Vardy, Zeger (AEVZ) algorithms for integer ambiguity resolution of GNSS phase observations are presented. This modification removes many redundant mathematical operations of the AEVZ algorithm based on a recursive function.

Searching Algorithm with Granularity Changing and the GNSS Integer Ambiguity Estimation
2009 Eighth IEEE/ACIS International Conference on Computer and Information Science, 2009The traditional algorithm of GNSS orientation using LAMBDA for single frequency receiver, couldn’t estimate the integer ambiguity in a little time, sometimes, couldn’t find the exact value. Based on the theory of Rough integer mapping, we get a new algorithm for the estimation of integer ambiguity to solve the problems we meet. Searching algorithm with
