Location‐Specific Hematoma Volume Predicts Early Neurological Deterioration in Supratentorial ICH
ABSTRACT Objective Early neurological deterioration (END) adversely affects outcomes in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This study aimed to determine the location‐specific hematoma volumes for END in supratentorial ICH patients. Methods We retrospectively analyzed supratentorial ICH patients presenting from two prospective cohorts.

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

The Integer Linear Programming Inference Cookbook
Over the years, integer linear programs have been employed to model inference in many natural language processing problems. This survey is meant to guide the reader through the process of framing a new inference problem as an instance of an integer linear program and is structured as a collection of recipes.

We develop a data‐driven method to derive the mathematical expressions of the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter χ for the swelling behavior of temperature–responsive hydrogels. Starting from initial assumptions of χ, our workflow combines Bayesian optimization, Flory–Rehner theory, and symbolic regression to generate candidate χ expressions.

Fast IEEE802.1Qbv Gate Scheduling Through Integer Linear Programming
Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) is an in-development technology that enables predictability over Ethernet or wireless networks. Network interfaces compliant with the IEEE 802.1Qbv standard provide different queues/gates on each bridge egress port.

A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

The IntSat Method for Integer Linear Programming [PDF]
Conflict-Driven Clause-Learning (CDCL) SAT solvers can automatically solve very large real-world problems. To go beyond, and in particular in order to solve and optimize problems involving linear arithmetic constraints, here we introduce IntSat, a generalization of CDCL to Integer Linear Programming (ILP).
