Integrable discretization of recursion operators and unified bilinear forms to soliton hierarchies [PDF]

open access: yesOpen Communications in Nonlinear Mathematical Physics
In this paper, we give a procedure for discretizing recursion operators by utilizing unified bilinear forms within integrable hierarchies. To illustrate this approach, we present unified bilinear forms for both the AKNS hierarchy and the KdV hierarchy ...

A Few Kinds of Loop Algebras and Some Applications

open access: yesAxioms
In this paper, we search for some approaches for generating (1+1)-dimensional, (2+1)-dimensional and (3+1)-dimensional integrable equations by making use of various Lie algebras and the corresponding loop algebras under the frame of the Tu scheme.

Intertwining operator and integrable hierarchies from topological strings

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
In [1], Nakatsu and Takasaki have shown that the melting crystal model behind the topological strings vertex provides a tau-function of the KP hierarchy after an appropriate time deformation.

SKdV, SmKdV flows and their supersymmetric gauge-Miura transformations [PDF]

open access: yesOpen Communications in Nonlinear Mathematical Physics
The construction of Integrable Hierarchies in terms of zero curvature representation provides a systematic construction for a series of integrable non-linear evolution equations (flows) which shares a common affine Lie algebraic structure. The integrable

Genus expansion of matrix models and ћ expansion of KP hierarchy

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
We study ћ expansion of the KP hierarchy following Takasaki-Takebe [1] considering several examples of matrix model τ-functions with natural genus expansion.

On Cherednik and Nazarov-Sklyanin large N limit construction for integrable many-body systems with elliptic dependence on momenta

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
The infinite number of particles limit in the dual to elliptic Ruijsenaars model (coordinate trigonometric degeneration of quantum double elliptic model) is proposed using the Nazarov-Sklyanin approach.

Integrating partonomic hierarchies in anatomy ontologies [PDF]

open access: yesBMC Bioinformatics, 2004
Abstract Background Anatomy ontologies play an increasingly important role in developing integrated bioinformatics applications. One of the primary relationships between anatomical tissues represented in such ontologies is part-of.

Integrable hierarchies and the modular class [PDF]

open access: yesAnnales de l'Institut Fourier, 2008
It is well-known that the Poisson-Nijenhuis manifolds, introduced by Kosmann-Schwarzbach and Magri form the appropriate setting for studying many classical integrable hierarchies. In order to define the hierarchy, one usually specifies in addition to the Poisson-Nijenhuis manifold a bi-hamiltonian vector field.

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Solution of tetrahedron equation and cluster algebras

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We notice a remarkable connection between the Bazhanov-Sergeev solution of Zamolodchikov tetrahedron equation and certain well-known cluster algebra expression. The tetrahedron transformation is then identified with a sequence of four mutations.
