On solutions of Sacherer integral equation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
There are basically two approaches in solving the Sacherer integral equation, one uses the orthogonal polynomial expansion for radial functions, and another uses the Hankel harmonic samplings, both have extensive application. In this article, we discuss these approaches and present the corresponding solutions.

BMT4me En Español: Multisite Feasibility and Usability Testing of a Spanish‐Language mHealth Adherence Support App for Spanish‐Speaking Caregivers of Children After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cancer Treatment

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Medication nonadherence during the first 100 days after pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and during oncology treatment increases risk for complications. BMT4me is a caregiver‐facing mobile health (mHealth) application providing medication reminders, symptom tracking, and note‐taking features to support ...

Traveling wave solutions for the two-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov-Burgers equation

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы, 2018
In this paper, the two-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov-Burgers (ZKB) equation is investigated. The basic set of fluid equations is reduced to ZKB equation.

On Monotonic Integrable Solutions for Quadratic Functional Integral Equations

open access: yes, 2013
We study the solvability of functional quadratic integral equations in the space of integrable functions on the interval I = [0, 1]. We concentrate on a.e. monotonic solutions for considered problems. The existence result is obtained under the assumption

Misperception of Body Weight After Childhood Cancer

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Misperception of body weight can negatively impact the weight management efforts of childhood cancer survivors (CCSs). Both being overweight or underweight are associated with chronic health conditions commonly observed in CCS; therefore, accurate weight perception is critical for reducing long‐term health risks.

Fast decay estimates for integrable solutions of the Lane–Emden type integral systems involving the Wolff potentials

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper, we study the asymptotic estimates of the positive integrable solutions of an integral system involving the Wolff potentials in R n { u ( x ) = R 1 ( x ) W β , γ ( v q ) ( x ) , v ( x ) = R 2 ( x ) W β , γ ( u p ) ( x ) . Here 1 γ ⩽ 2 , β >

Soliton solutions of an integrable nonlocal modified Korteweg-de Vries equation through inverse scattering transform [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
It is well known that the nonlinear Schr\"odinger (NLS) equation is a very important integrable equation. Ablowitz and Musslimani introduced and investigated an integrable nonlocal NLS equation through inverse scattering transform.

Immunoglobulin Depletion and Recovery Following Blinatumomab in Infants With KMT2A‐Rearranged ALL

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Adding blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy for infants with KMT2A‐rearranged acute B‐cell lymphoblastic leukemia (KMT2A‐r B‐ALL) improves outcomes. Although blinatumomab impairs immunoglobulin G (lgG) production, increasing infection susceptibility, IgG recovery remains poorly understood.

Bridging the Gap in Neuroblastoma Care: Consensus‐Based Statements With Recommendations for Improved Patient and Caregiver Experiences

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Neuroblastoma's complex, heterogeneous biology poses significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges, often requiring caregivers to absorb complex information and participate in time‐sensitive decisions. However, caregivers often feel unprepared to evaluate options.

Impact of Metastatic Patterns on Survival and Response to Therapy in Neuroblastoma

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background While the presence of metastases in neuroblastoma (NB) is a well‐established prognostic factor, the clinical significance of dissemination patterns and tumour burden and their impact on response and survival remains poorly understood.
