Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

On dual regime in Yang-Baxter deformed O(2N) sigma models
In this paper, we explore a new class of integrable sigma models, which we refer to as the “dual regime” of Yang-Baxter (YB) deformed O(2N) sigma models. This dual regime manifests itself in the conformal perturbation approach.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Bulk and boundary scattering in the q-state potts mode [PDF]
This thesis is concerned with the properties of 1 + 1 dimensional massive field theories in both infinite and semi-infinite geometries. Chapters 1, 2 and 3 develop the necessary theoretical framework and review existing work by Chim and Zamolodchikov [1]

A Global Kam-Theorem: Monodromy in Near-Integrable Perturbations of Spherical Pendulum
The KAM Theory for the persistence of Lagrangean invariant tori in nearly integrable Hamiltonian systems is lobalized to bundles of invariant tori. This leads to globally well-defined conjugations between near-integrable systems and their integrable ...

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...
