AbstractFor the area developments on IJburg in Amsterdam, there was a need to connect the various islands with the mainland. The connection between the ‘Centrumeiland’ and the ‘Strandeiland’ is the Gerda Taro Bridge; with ‘Bridge 2125’ as project name. The Gerda Taro Bridge is part of the bridge family ‘Buitenwater’.
