Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Khalouta transform and applications to Caputo-fractional differential equations
The paper aims to utilize an integral transform, specifically the Khalouta transform, an abstraction of various integral transforms, to address fractional differential equations using both Riemann-Liouville and Caputo fractional derivative.

Calculating multivariate ruin probabilities via Gaver–Stehfest inversion technique. [PDF]
Multivariate characteristics of risk processes are of high interest to academic actuaries. In such models, the probability of ruin is obtained not only by considering initial reserves u but also the severity of ruin y and the surplus before ruin x.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

APPLICATION OF INTEGRAL TRANSFORMS TO SOLVING LINEAR EQUATIONS
The paper includes an effective complex-analytical procedure for obtaining solutions of nth order linear differential equation \(\sum^{n}_{k=0}a_{k+1}(t)x^{(k)}(t)=z(t)\) with given \(x^{(k)}(0)\), \(k=0,1,...,n-1\). Functions \(a_{k+1}(t)\), \(t\geq 0\), \(k=0,1,...,n\), are piecewise continuously differentiable up to order n, while z(t) is for \(t ...

Polyconvolution and the Toeplitz plus Hankel integral equation
In this article we introduce a polyconvolution which related to the Hartley and Fourier cosine transforms. We prove some properties of this polyconvolution, and then solve a class of Toeplitz plus Hankel integral equations and systems of two ...

New aspects of Opial-type integral inequalities
In this manuscript, we prove new aspects for several Opial-type integral inequalities for the left and right Caputo–Fabrizio operators with nonsingular kernel. For this purpose we use the inequalities obtained by Andrić et al.
