We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

In this study, based on two new local fractional integral operators involving generalized Mittag-Leffler kernel, Hermite-Hadamard inequality about these two integral operators for generalized hh-preinvex functions is obtained.

Unbounded Integral Hankel Operators
For a wide class of unbounded integral Hankel operators on the positive half-line, we prove essential self-adjointness on the set of smooth compactly supported functions.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Boundedness for a Class of Singular Integral Operators on Both Classical and Product Hardy Spaces
We found that the classical Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operators are bounded on both the classical Hardy spaces and the product Hardy spaces. The purpose of this paper is to extend this result to a more general class. More precisely, we introduce

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...
