Inverse Coefficient Problem of the Parabolic Equation with Periodic Boundary and Integral Overdetermination Conditions [PDF]

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
This paper investigates the inverse problem of finding a time-dependent diffusion coefficient in a parabolic equation with the periodic boundary and integral overdetermination conditions. Under some assumption on the data, the existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence on the data of the solution are shown by using the generalized Fourier method.

Identification of a time-dependent source term in a nonlocal problem for time fractional diffusion equation

open access: yesMathematical Modelling and Analysis
This paper is concerned with the inverse problem of recovering the time dependent source term in a time fractional diffusion equation, in the case of nonlocal boundary condition and integral overdetermination condition.

INVERSE PROBLEM WITH INTEGRAL OVERDETERMINATION CONDITION FOR A HYPERBOLIC EQUATION

open access: yesVestnik of Samara University. Natural Science Series, 2014
In the paper, we study an inverse problem for a hyperbolic equation with integral overdetermination condition. The existence of a generalized solution is proved.

On Metal Carbonyl Compounds in Catalytic Methanol Synthesis: Detection, Consequences, and Removal

open access: yesChemie Ingenieur Technik, EarlyView.
Deactivation of Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts by metal carbonyl compounds in the feed gas is a critical problem in catalytic methanol synthesis. We utilize PTR–MS to identify potential chemical sources, detect contamination in an in‐house CO gas line, and validate filter methods for removing these catalyst poisons before synthesis.

Solvability of the inverse problem for a heat convection system with integral condition of overdetermination

open access: yesApplied Mathematical Sciences, 2015
In this paper we study the solvability of the inverse problem for a nonlinear system of heat convection with nonlocal overdefinition condition. In the inverse problem it is required to determine the velocity of the fluid, temperature, external forces and heat source. The theorem of existence and uniqueness of its solution is proved.

A Generalized Approach to Solving Deep Learning‐Based Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping and Quantitative Blood Oxygen Level Dependent Magnitude (QSM + qBOLD or QQ) for Oxygen Extraction Fraction (OEF) Mapping Across Diverse Acquisition Schemes

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Purpose QQ, a recently proposed oxygen extraction fraction (OEF) mapping technique combining quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) and quantitative blood oxygen level‐dependent (qBOLD) (QSM + qBOLD = QQ), generates OEF maps noninvasively from a single routine MRI sequence, without requiring vascular challenges used in other OEF approaches.

An inverse coefficient problem for a quasilinear parabolic equation with periodic boundary and integral overdetermination condition

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, 2014
In this paper, the inverse problem of finding the time‐dependent coefficient of heat capacity together with the solution periodic boundary and integral overdetermination conditions is considered. Under some natural regularity and consistency conditions on the input data, the existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence upon the data of the solution

Inverse coefficient super-linear problem for a time fractional parabolic equation under integral overdetermination conditions

open access: yesMathematica Montisnigri, 2023
In this paper, we investigate the inverse problem of the determining the right-hand side of a nonlinear fractional parabolic equation with integral overdetermination condition. For the solvability of the direct problem we use the energy inequality method also known as the methode of functional analysis or the method of a priori estimates, this method ...
