Structural insights into lacto‐N‐biose I recognition by a family 32 carbohydrate‐binding module from Bifidobacterium bifidum

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Bifidobacterium bifidum establishes symbiosis with infants by metabolizing lacto‐N‐biose I (LNB) from human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). The extracellular multidomain enzyme LnbB drives this process, releasing LNB via its catalytic glycoside hydrolase family 20 (GH20) lacto‐N‐biosidase domain.

An Approximation Formula of the Integral Transform on Wiener Space

open access: yesAxioms
In this paper, we introduce an integral transform with a kernel defined on the Wiener space. We first establish the existence of the integral transform and present several illustrative examples.

A New Integral Transform for Solving Integral and Ordinary Differential Equations [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics and Computational Sciences
In this research paper, we introduce a new transform belonging to the class of Laplace transforms, called the Yasser-Jassim Transform (YJ Transform). We explore its properties and compare it to the classical Laplace transform.

The role and implications of mammalian cellular circadian entrainment

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
At their most fundamental level, mammalian circadian rhythms occur inside every individual cell. To tell the correct time, cells must align (or ‘entrain’) their circadian rhythm to the external environment. In this review, we highlight how cells entrain to the major circadian cues of light, feeding and temperature, and the implications this has for our

SEE Transform Technique in Control Theory

open access: yesJournal of Kufa for Mathematics and Computer
As in the Laplace transform technique, a new integral technique called SEE (Sadiq-Emad-Eman) transform is submitted. Showed propositions and important properties of SEE integral technique for differentiate of functions and showed shifting property for ...

Recent Developments in the Lorentz Integral Transform (LIT) Method

open access: yes, 2004
Recent results on electromagnetic reactions into the continuum of systems with A from 3 to 7 are presented. They have been obtained using the Lorentz Integral Transform (LIT) method. The method is shortly reviewed, emphasizing how all the results, though

Integral Transform Method to Solve the Problem of Porous Slider without Velocity Slip

open access: yesSymmetry, 2019
This study is about the lubrication of a long porous slider in which the fluid is injected into the porous bottom. The similarity transformation reduces the Navier-Stokes equations to couple nonlinear, ordinary differential equations, which are solved by

Interplay between circadian and other transcription factors—Implications for cycling transcriptome reprogramming

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This perspective highlights emerging insights into how the circadian transcription factor CLOCK:BMAL1 regulates chromatin architecture, cooperates with other transcription factors, and coordinates enhancer dynamics. We propose an updated framework for how circadian transcription factors operate within dynamic and multifactorial chromatin landscapes ...

A new fractional derivative involving the normalized sinc function without singular kernel

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, a new fractional derivative involving the normalized sinc function without singular kernel is proposed. The Laplace transform is used to find the analytical solution of the anomalous heat-diffusion problems. The comparative results between
