Asymptotic results for some generalized integral transforms

open access: yes, 2021
The extension of integral transforms to generalized function spaces and their asymptotic analysis is an important рesearch subject, that took attention on different authors. So, first we give a brief summary about some generalized asymptotics and make a

New general single, double and triple conformable integral transforms: Definitions, properties and applications

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
This study introduces an innovative general adaptive integral transform in single, double and triple types. This article outlines the definitions of these new transformations and establishes their main characteristics in each species.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

Mellin and Widder–Lambert Transforms with Applications in the Salem Equivalence to the Riemann Hypothesis

open access: yesAxioms
This paper presents a comprehensive study of Plancherel’s theorem and inversion formulae for the Widder–Lambert transform, extending its scope to Lebesgue integrable functions, compactly supported distributions, and regular distributions with compact ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Lectures on integral transforms

open access: yes, 1988
This book, which grew out of lectures given over the course of several years at Kharkov University for students in the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, is devoted to classical integral transforms, principally the Fourier transform, and their ...

Applicability of mitotic figure counting by deep learning: a development and pan‐cancer validation study

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Chameleon sequences reveal structural effects in proteins representing micelle‐like distribution of hydrophobicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Mellin Transform Based Performance Analysis of FFH M-ary FSK Using Product Combining Against Partial Band Noise Jamming

open access: yes, 2007
We propose a novel bit error ratio (BER) analysis technique for fast frequency hopping (FFH) assisted M-ary frequency shift keying (MFSK) using product combining (PC), when the channel is contaminated by partial band noise jamming (PBNJ).
