Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

An Inequality of the Ostrowski Type For Double Integrals and Applications for Cubature Formulae
We point out a new inequality of the Ostrowski type for mappings of two independent variables, which complements, in a sense, some recent results and apply it to the approximation problem of double integrals by their Riemann ...

Expansion by regions meets angular integrals
We study the small-mass asymptotic behavior of so-called angular integrals, appearing in phase-space calculations in perturbative quantum field theory. For this purpose we utilize the strategy of expansion by regions, which is a universal method both for

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Quantum stochastic calculus with maximal operator domains. [PDF]
Quantum stochastic calculus is extended in a new formulation in which its stochastic integrals achieve their natural and maximal domains. Operator adaptedness, conditional expectations and stochastic integrals are all defined simply in terms of the ...

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Convergence to Stochastic Integrals with Non-linear integrands [PDF]
In this paper we present a general result concerning the convergence to stochastic integrals with non-linear integrands. The key finding represents a generalization of Chan and Wei's (1988) Theorem 2.4 and that of Ibragimov and Phillips' (2004) Theorem 8.

On multiplicative conformable fractional integrals: theory and applications
In this paper, we first introduce the multiplicative conformable left and right fractional integrals, followed by the derivation of key properties, such as integrability, boundedness, continuity, and the semi-group property, for the newly defined ...
